YOU MUST CHOOSE TIME SLOTS FOR EACH PERSON... DO NOT ENTER QUANTITY AT CHECKOUT. 

You have to add each time slot to the cart.

This is to reserve a time slot for your permanent jewelry appointment.  You will be charge a $10 booking fee per person.  The deposit will be applied to your purchase during checkout at your appointment.

No refund on booking fee if you are a no show.  If you need to reschedule with a 24 hour notice, your booking fee will be applied at the next appointment.

PLEASE READ

• While the actual welding process only takes a second, fitting the bracelets can take time. Expect the process to take 15-20 minutes/bracelet
• Anyone under 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian present.
  
• All Permanent Jewelry Sales are final.
  
• There is a $10 booking fee that will be applied to your purchase at the appointment.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or you are no show, the $10 booking fee will NOT be refunded.
