All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery date. You must contact Bijoux Vibes by email at email@example.com, to notify us of a return.
Accessories including earrings, head-wear, camisoles, leggings and bralettes are a FINAL sale items, they will not be accepted as a return.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged or beyond 14 days from the delivery date, they will be sent back to you without exception. Once item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period.
Please mail returns to 104 S Poindexter Street Elizabeth City, NC. 27909. Make sure your order number is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Any shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
Shipping is flat rate fee of $8 unless you have purchase over $150 then shipping is free within the United States. If you are purchasing international, please contact us before placing an order.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Tracking information is emailed to the customer once the order has been prepared.
